The Project Brief
As existing clients, this was a new business venture for Lee and James and thus required a separate online presence.
The ultimate aim was to dominate the Google organic rankings for phrases like Sell My Hot Tub, Sell Your Hot Tub and Cash for Hot Tubs etc. Having already gained a good presence with their existing company, they wanted to evolve the service to an independent entity and provide a more tailed online experience.
The goal was to create an easy to use, online step by step questionnaire, that allowed the end-user to give as much or little information about their Hot Tub with the aim of selling it for cash to Hunsbury Hot Tubs Limited.
Our Solution
The website was built of a full content manages system, allowing Lee and James to easily manage the content and information. It was also built as a fully responsive website, meaning it works great on all devices.
The questionnaire section, included a very simple to use and manage, six step process. During this process the user can give as little or as much information as required. Naturally some information was mandatory for the enquiry process, but in order to keep it simple, we looked at ways we could structure the forms to provide this flexibility. There are two image upload sections, these give the user the ability to upload images they have taken of the hot tubs and access to better illustrate and issues, damage or hurdles when collecting the equipment. All images are held securely online and automatically removed after 30 days.
For the final step in the process, we send separate emails to the end user, confirming their quotation request, and a more detailed one to Hunsbury Hot Tubs Limited, which details all the information entered into the form, as well as link to securely download all the images via a simple zip file.
As the website is responsive, completing the form and adding images is particular easy when using a smart phone or portable device. Something that will greatly increase enquiries for Hunsbury Hot Tubs Limited.
