About Deluxe Developers
Deluxe Developers built Cedar Barn, the UK’s first Code Level 6 and Passivhaus individual home. Cedar Barn was built in a traditional style that includes a NHBC 10 year warranty, zero carbon and multiple energy saving technologies.
Deluxe Developers are an exceptionally skilled company, covering all sectors of the property and building industry, but are primarily focussed on design & planning and specialist eco and environmental friendly strategies. They are experienced in completing all phases of property development and have contracts for large national companies.
The Project Brief
Required an online presence to promote their services and experience within the construction and planning industry, whilst also specifically marketing their fantastic, traditional, UK’s first Code Level 6 Ecohome Cedar Barn.
The website was to be created as a platform for the promotion of existing services and current Cedar Barn Project, but would be created to allow development and growth for enhancements like case studies, news facilities and additional services and technologies.
Our Solution
We used the existing branding and designed the website around this. The brand offered strong colours in red, black and white and we utilised this throughout, (notice the first letter of all headings is coloured).
We arranged the homepage to evenly promote the core services of Deluxe Developers as well as the Eco Barn project. We also gave consideration to future enhancements and how these would slot into the homepage, be this twitter feeds, news articles, testimonials or case studies.
The other main features of the website are the photo galleries, large contact section with animated enquiry form and the animated technologies section, which combines several services into one page. We took this approach to make navigation easy whilst helping to keep content concise and engaging.
We will continue to work with Deluxe Developers to enhance and grow the main website, but also hope to work together on other websites for their Electrical, Plumbing and New Homes (Property Development) companies.
